novels. He is a former President of the Private Eye Writers of America and has won the Edgar Award as well as three Minnesota
Book Awards for his crime fiction. Publishers Weekly praises Housewright as “witty … [and] such a pro
at plot and character development that it’s nearly impossible to put down”
