Sign up for the “Trash Can Mural Project-Youth Mural Camp” and be a part of the exciting Trash Can Mural Project that will be installed along Central Avenue in Columbia Heights this summer!  Youth involved in this camp will become environmental stewards as they learn how to use ART to inspire litter and trash prevention in their neighborhood.  The Youth Mural Camp will spend time painting a Trash Can Mural, creating re-usable bags out of old T-shirts, and exploring other ways to use ART and activism in protecting their planet.  The mural painted during this camp will later be installed right in front of McDonald’s on Central Avenue in Columbia Heights!
